CityStitch Returns and Exchange Policy

At CityStitch, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality stitching services and garments tailored to your needs. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to assist you.

1. General Policy

  • Customized Orders: As all items are tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized garments.
  • Alterations: If there are issues with the fit or stitching of your order, we offer free alterations within 7 days of delivery/pickup.

2. Conditions for Alterations or Adjustments

  • To qualify for an alteration:
    • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
    • Original tags (if any) must be intact.
    • Customers must provide the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • Alterations requested beyond the 7-day period may incur additional charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized garments with no faults in stitching or measurements.
  • Garments damaged due to improper handling, washing, or alteration by the customer.
  • Fabrics or embellishments provided by the customer.

4. Faulty Items

If you believe your garment has a stitching defect or does not meet the specified measurements:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us at citystitchboutique@gmail.com or +971 56 674 8455.
  2. Bring the garment to our store or arrange for a review if you are eligible for repairs or alterations.

5. Refunds

Refunds are offered only in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete your order as agreed.
  • If a replacement or repair is not possible for a confirmed defect.
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for customized garments. However, we may offer adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
